Hey all, just wanted to say I'm going to stop uploading here on dA for the most part. I'll still use this account for favs/comments/what have you, but Flickr is much more pleasant and easier to use when it comes to uploading and viewing photos. Uploading on dA feels like more like a process, and I'm just not having as much fun here as I do on Flickr. So from now on, the vast majority of my uploads will be at: http://www.flickr.com/photos/dougjphoto/ Thanks to everyone for the past 3 years (golly it's been a while), I've made a lot of memories here, and now it's time to transition to a "new phase" of my photography. I will continue to upload on dA, but I'll put more on Flickr since it is more pleasant to use and the photostream is much prettier than dA's galleries.

Well, I'm back, and unfortunately I couldn't get my computer to connect to the DNS while I was there so I couldn't upload on the go. I have a few photos I'd like to upload and I'll do that over the course of the next few days. Overall it was a fun trip but the highlights for me were seeing all sorts of old trucks driving around.
